About a Fasting Weight Loss Diet

I have a good outline here for anyone who is looking for a good fasting weight loss diet. The key is to follow this exactly and not try to cheat at all as your success will inherently lie within the details. Do exactly what I say and you will shock yourself with some amazing results in just a few short days. How much you keep off after that is up to you and how healthy of a diet you can maintain in the future.


Go to your grocery store and buy several lemons and some cheap juice. I recommend about 9 bottles of V8 Fusion and about 30 lemons. You are going to drink this juice over the next 3 to 4 days and not eat any solid food at all. What you need to do is to cut a lemon in half for each glass of juice that you drink and strain the pulp out of the lemon juice. Add this in to the glass of V8 Fusion and drink it. Do this all day long and after 3 to 4 days all of your juice and all of your lemons will be gone. You will also lose about 3 to 4 pounds per day if you do this exactly as I have outlined here.


The other major factor that you must follow is that you have to exercise for an hour each day of the fast, and on the day before the fast starts. If you do not usually have any sort of standard exercise that you do then just walk for an hour. Get out there and walk for an hour straight and do not cut corners and do not try and weasel out of it. Do it each day of the fast and the day before and stick to your juice diet. If you do what I have described here then you will lose a huge amount of weight in a very short time. Start with a 3 day fast and if it goes well then return to a healthy diet and in another month or so try a 4 day juice fast. Eventually you can increase it so that you are losing more and more weight each time. You will slowly learn better eating habits this way as well by training yourself to appreciate solid food.
